The planning for this begins 2-4 weeks out with your planner. You receive a complimentary one hour consultation, two scheduled meet ups (venue or otherwise), rehearsal, and day-of coordination, start to finish. This package does NOT include tear down/clean up.

You have picked all of your wedding pro’s, but need help pulling the smaller details together. Perhaps you need help with signage, seat assignments, table decor or coordinating transportation? Or maybe you need help designing the space and bringing your vision to life. With this service, we will also go over your budget and timeline management, making sure all details have been acknowledged. The planning for this typically begins 3-6 months out with your planner. You receive a complimentary one hour consultation, three scheduled meet ups (venue, phone call, coffee, zoom, etc.), rehearsal and day-of coordination. This package does NOT include tear down/clean up from the event.

Our Full Service Wedding Coordination package takes the stress out of planning by managing everything from initial consultation to day-of execution. You’ll receive personalized support through unlimited meetings, a custom client portal, detailed design mood boards, full budget tracking, vendor communication, rental and floor plan coordination, timeline creation, and rehearsal management. With professional setup and smooth vendor logistics handled by our team, you’re free to enjoy a flawless wedding experience—start to finish. This package does NOT include clean up/tear down.

When the celebration is over, all you want to do is head back to the suite and enjoy your new spouse. Let us take care of the headache of cleaning up the chaos. We will clear absolutely everything out, store your items in our wedding bay back at the shop for you to collect at a later date and this is now a “Later Problem”. You, your friends and family can now officially enjoy the entire celebration, from start to finish, without lifting a finger.

Let us help you in this process. Your coordinating team will take a deep study into exactly what you’re envisioning making sure tensions stay at an all time low for you and your well-intentioned family members.
